Cancellation & refund policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel before we start preparing your order by calling +91 89804 92630. Once preparation starts, orders can't be cancelled.

Refunds

• If we cancel your order, or an item is unavailable, we refund the full amount.
• If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 2 hours and we'll replace it or refund it.
• Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
• Cash payments are refunded in cash at the café.
